EXQUISITE AJOITE DRUSE WITH ELEVEN LARGE CRYSTAL TERMINATIONS AND MAN SMALLER CLUSTERS.

A beautiful, large hand-sized specimen of AZURITE crystal on a 30mm quartz base. The entire top face is covered in crystal points. There are eleven large terminations, all with good AJOITE colour and transparency and sized between 20 to 30 mm in diameter, at the broader end of the cluster. The remainder of the cluster is covered with approximately 100 crystals smaller than 10mm, many which have good strong AJOITE colour visable.This is a good, clean speciman with minimal damage and a vitreous luster.There is microscopic Specularite (red), and Native Copper (pinkish red), inclusions. Few spots of external Epidote crystals (green).Under part of the crystal cluster shows signs of re-growth.Lightly cleaned with water.
