We have a $200 () minimum order.  You need not order the full amount at one time, we are quite happy to "save" your orders with us until you send instructions for us to pack and send it on to you

All "saved" items will only be held for a maximum of 6 months.

All items must be paid for at the time of ordering, via CREDIT CARD, BANK TRANSFER, SWIFT, or PAYPAL.

Customers who do not have access to the above payment methods,  may apply for an "Ajoite-online" account.  Contact us for details.

All prices exclude VAT.  VAT is zero rated for exports, (this means it is not applicable for orders being shipped out of the R.S.A.)

IMPORTANT  NOTICE : Shipping costs are not calculated or added at the time of placing an order.  You will receive your shipping costs in a separate invoice prior to shipping, which must be paid BEFORE we will ship the order.

Should you want to return an item a refund will be given provided the goods are in the same condition as they were sent.  Refunds will be minus any bank/Visa charges and shipping will be at your own cost.

We do not refund customs related charges.
