1. WHY DO I NEED TO PAY FOR THE ITEMS I HAVE SELECTED AT THE TIME OF PLACING MY ORDER?

It would be impractical for us to hold a stockpile of items for a customer without payment, as it would effect our cash-flow and therefore the powerto purchase new stock. Our policy is nothing will be removed from the "store" unless it is paid for in full.  We will   however "save" any purchases you have made for a period not exceeding 6 (six) months, so you are able to send several items together, therefore saving on postal/shipping costs. 

2. WHY IS THE COST OF SHIPPING NOT AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO THE ORDER?

There are several ways of sending your order to you. Once we have packed your purchases together and weighed them, we will be able to assist you in deciding which method is the cheapest and most efficient for your specific location and situation. 

3. WHY DOES THE SHOPPING CART "TIME-OUT" AFTER 30 MINUTES?                      

It is possible for more than one person to have the same item in their shopping cart at the same time.  By incorporating a "time-out" system, it allows us to automatically close down any cart that is inactive for more than 30 minutes, which helps to reduces the chance of two customers purchasing the same item.

4.HOW LONG CAN I STORE MY "SAVED" ITEMS BEFORE THEY NEED TO BE SENT ON TO ME?

Due to storage constraints there is a maximum limit of 6 (six) months per "save".

5. ARE THERE ANY WHOLESALE/BULK DISCOUNTS?

The prices of items in our Wholesale and Bulk Category are already reduced. Should you be purchasing large quantities of anything, a discount is negotiable. If you order 10 (ten) or more, of any of our general stock items, a discount will automatically be created.
