Ours is a family business, with three siblings having formed a partnership, in which we share our our mutual fascination and love of minerals and crystals, in both the geological and holistic fields. This gives us the opportunity to make contact with other collectors and healers, sharing knowledge, and helping them to source unique and fascinating specimens from all over southern Africa.

Having had the privilege of growing up in Rhodesia, and a father (ERNEST) who's favourite pastime was prospecting, it is hardly surprising that we three inherited his fascination and love of stones and crystals.

PETER joined the de Beer's Mining Group straight after finishing his military training, and worked in the geological field in South Africa for over ten years, before moving on and opening his own business trading in, and exporting, semi precious minerals and crystals throughout Africa, the far East, Europe, Australia and U.S.A. He still travels southern Africa extensively looking for new specimens and minerals and holds a fairly extensive stock of all the products on the website, plus many others which we will continue to add to the web page as the months go by.

PETER'S business, which is in Nelspruit (Mpumalanga), includes raw, tumbled and polished stones, crystals, spheres and eggs. He has a magnificent personal collection of large spheres and animal carvings in some extremely rare and beautiful minerals. He has access to an incredibly talented group of African carvers, and we can offer stone carvings and etchings in a wide range of African animals and themes and in some unique and unusual minerals.

DAVID has to be one of Africa's natural "Rock Hounds". His love of stones and all the wonders of nature make his input to our website invaluable. He has the amazing ability to really "see" into a crystal, or mineral, and to feel its energy. He is happiest when working with a specimen that needs special attention, and enjoys watching its true beauty being uncovered. He becomes personally involved with every stone he works with and discovers every little inclusion, re-growth and speciality it hides. If you are looking for something special in a crystal; or interested in starting a collection of specimens from a specific area, ie. Musina or the Kalahari Manganese fields; or perhaps unusual micro-mounts - then he's your man! DAVID has been very involved in cataloguing the AJOITE CRYSTALS we are marketing, and will be able to advise you on any additional information you might need regarding them or should you be interested in one of the larger specimens we have.

FAY is a Reiki Master and her love of crystals and stones is based more on the holistic side, rather than technical. She would enjoy nothing more than to spend her day surrounded by crystals, and talking and working with other like-minded people. She has spent many happy hours researching the mythology and healing powers of various minerals. With a background in marketing and sales, Fay is involved with setting up and maintaining the web site and helping with the sales, marketing, cataloging and stock control of all our products.
